Return policy

Return policy for residents of the United States and non-European Union countries:

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@headtotailbooks.com to let us know, and please ship the item to us within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when we receive it as when it was sold to you. Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or special-order items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is in the same condition as sold, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the item (shipping fees not refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@headtotailbooks.com.

Return policy for European Union (EU) residents:

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@headtotailbooks.com to let us know, and please ship the item to us within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when we receive it as when it was sold to you. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if intact.
