Author: Independent Socialist Club, University of California, Berkeley
Publication: Berkeley, California: Independent Socialist Club, UC Berkeley, 1964.
Description: Flyer accusing the administration of the University of California of censoring faculty research due to pressure from the agribusiness industry. Moderate edgewear, horizontal and vertical crease, and uneven toning. Good.
Here the Independent Socialist Club of UC Berkeley argues that the agribusiness industry favors maintaining the Bracero Program in order to depress wages and that a report by the Division of Agricultural Sciences of the University of California had been doctored to provide support for the program.
