From the collection of Arthur Williams Hall (1873–1952) of Massachusetts, bibliophile and manufacturer of laboratory equipment; thence by descent through three generations. Bindings with a touch of edgewear, old bookseller notes in pencil on endpapers, frontispieces with dampstaining and foxing, else a rather clean copy. Very Good+ or better.
