From the collection of Arthur Williams Hall (1873–1952) of Massachusetts, bibliophile and manufacturer of laboratory equipment, with his pencil note on front free endpaper of The House of the Wolfings; thence by descent through three generations. Moderate sunning to spines, toning to covers, very clean interiors. Three volumes Near Fine, one volume with more pronounced edgewear and toning to the binding and therefore Very Good.
