Description: Micro-miniature book, a reproduction of Hazeltine's Pocket Book Almanac for the year 1890, published by Barbara Raheb in 1980. With a calendar for 1890 and advertisements for Piso's notorious patent medicines. One of 300 copies, though issued without a colophon or Raheb's imprint. In brown leatherette over boards, with lettering and decoration in gilt and maroon endpapers. 1 x 0.75 inches; [32] pages. Appropriate for a dollhouse at 1:12 scale. A touch of discoloration to the pastedowns, else clean and crisp. Near Fine. Sometime between 1890 and 1900, E.T. Hazeltine was renamed Piso Company, and the title of the almanac changed to The Piso Pocket Book Almanac.
