Bound in publisher's quarter white linen with blue paper over boards, with printed paper labels on the spine and front cover. Quarto; 11.25 x 9 inches; xv, [2], 2-135, [1] pages, XXIX plates on [24] leaves. From the collection of Arthur Williams Hall (1873–1952) of Massachusetts, bibliophile and manufacturer of laboratory equipment, with his penciled acquisition note on front pastedown; thence by descent through three generations. Light toning to spine and covers and browning to endpapers, but a clean and crisp interior. Very Good+ or better. A lovely fine press copy of the Little Flowers.
